Jim Morano
Jim Morano, C.P.A., is the Director and Founder of Morano Financial, and it is precisely his experience that best explains why an individual or company should consider working with Morano Financial.
Morano, a native of Florida, received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and his Masters degree in Accounting. He is also licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic. His early employment in accounting began with the international accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he became a Senior Associate. He then served as a Senior Auditor for Legal and General America, Inc. Morano was the Controller for Computer One, Inc. (1993-1994) when the company was acknowledged as “The Fastest Growing Private Company in America,” and most recently, he was the manager of i/counting, inc. from 2002-2008. The requirements of his employment have cast him in the role of controller, senior auditor, and manager. He has worked in retail, professional services, colleges, non-profit groups and the healthcare industry.
Morano is by nature analytical and a problem solver. He is tenacious and efficient, with a personal style that is both affable and direct. After years of working in a variety professional spectrums, he brings a very keen and knowledgeable perspective to the real needs of his clients, both large and small.
